Winter beads

Little Me wears: A Great Plains dress*, New Look belt and Primark shoes.

Sometimes (most of the time) I feel that I never need an excuse to make room for another little black dress - because after all, we can never have enough right? It's all about variety in them like the fact I've a lace one, a fitted one, a skater style one and so on, so when this embellished dress caught my eye, I knew that it needed to sit alongside my others. And it fits pretty nicely with them too, which is always good.
This dress came just in time for the festive shenanigans and with our Christmas Eve tradition of a few too many in the pub (and a good old cheese and chips for the stumble home!) it seemed like the perfect opportunity to wear it. Not only is it perfectly embellished with 'winter beads' for that Christmas feel, but its also black and flattering which is a winner in my eyes. And a chance to wear my new shoes properly (I'll think about cold feet later on!)

Christmas was really nice for us this year, a deserved one for all the family I think. We spent a lot of it in the company of both families, and had everybody at ours for lunch, drinks and games. From the look of the blue bin, it certainly shows that a good time was had by everyone considering the amount of bottles used! Santa bought us many goodies for the house, and lots of other nice things which we're incredibly grateful for.
We hope you had a super Christmas spending it with your loved ones, and received some beautiful things. Now pass me my mug of tea and lets catch up on some TV snuggled under the cat blanket.

  11. Your dress is so beautiful! You're right, there's no such thing as too many LBDs- I have so many, and will continue to add more as they're all different! We always head to the local pub on Christmas Eve too- it's such a nice way to catch up with family and local friends before we all stumble back down the hill to our respective homes! Glad you had a lovely Christmas!
