A typical Monday.

9.30am: Wild breakfasts. Monday's never start without breakfast. It's our only day to eat breakfast together, so it normally consists of pancakes, crumpets or sausage and scrambled eggs... And today was a crumpet one. With all the toppings too (worlds most indecisive eater!).

10am: Postman dash. A rare moment where we were actually in for the post man, which resulted in a frantic dash downstairs in a towel (the closest thing we could find to cover our pants!) but ending up with a delightful package.

11.30am: The vets. With Little R still only a baby (and apparently not going to grow much more - officially a Little!) he needed some more jabs. The car home was fun, with him being allowed out of his basket and sitting so eagerly at the window. Screw you funny looks!

1.30pm: The walk. A walk that normally always turns into a blog post! If it's not raining, it's always nice to get outside for some fresh air, and feel like we've actually done something on our day off.

3.45pm: Organising hot chocolate. OK, so this doesn't happen daily, but today I decided that something needed to go in these pots after almost 2 months! With our varied flavours of hot chocolate it seemed the best thing to re-arrange into.. Even if it only fills up two cups!

7pm: Feast for four. We always try to make sure we have a proper sit down dinner together too, with it being our only evening (we are really a couple!) and tonight we decided on one of our secret favourites, burritos! Complete with some cider too.

9.30pm: Cosy corner. We never need to find an excuse to get into bed for a snuggle and a film. Normally Little R is always the first one to the bedroom too, and there's always extra room for some chocolate or strawberries and a delicious wispa hot chocolate!

  22. You guys are just the cutest!! Such an adorable little family. I love making time to have breakfast with my boy as usually we are both too busy, but it's my favourite meal!
We never need an excuse to crawl into bed either, sometimes (mainly when we're suffering a hang over of some sort) we've been known to be all tucked up by 7pm. Ha!
